Both steps are required:

Step 1: Fill out the Google Form and upload a screenshot of your last payment / transaction.

Step 2: Request access to the Facebook Mastermind - Read and fill out every field.

Note: Facebook member approval is done once per day and it will take some time to get you in depending on when you requested access

Your Forums account and your Members Area (this site) are two separate accounts.

2. Click Sign Up

You may only use the Facebook or Google methods of signing up if the email associated is the same as the one mentioned above. Otherwise, just use plain email and password signup.
