How to use FaceApp?

FaceApp is an amazing tool that has been out for years, but most guys are still either not using it or using it incorrectly. We are going to change that

After a bit of practice, FaceApp becomes very easy to use. I can personally FaceApp a photo in less than 30 seconds and make it look significantly better. I’m going to show you exactly what I do in this guide.

There are really only two things I personally do that make a huge difference:

Step 1: Use a good preset

This does require you to have the premium version of FaceApp, but it is highly worth it. So once you purchase premium, you will see an option for presets, click on the “handsome” or “star” one, and use either level 1 or 2. Let me show you an example

The only thing different between the photo on the left and the right is that I used the “star” preset. I would say 95% of the time I wind up using the “handsome” one, but occasionally “star” comes out on top, as was the case here. This change alone would more than double the number of matches he gets (if this was his main photo)

Change the smile

This is where you fix the facial expression in the photo (which will be necessary the vast majority of the time). Mostly, I use the “tight” or “closed” option. On rare occasions, though, I use “classic”. The other options don’t really matter. Let me show you an example

The photo on the left is a real Tinder pic that some poor soul is using. The problem is that his facial expression makes him look like he just finished crying for an hour and is about to slit his wrists.

Now compare that to the pic on the right, I applied the “handsome” preset, level 2. Then I went to smiles and used “closed”, level 3. This took me less than 30 seconds, but the difference is huge. These changes alone could make a huge difference in terms of his matches

Conclusion

FaceApp is easy to use and can make a big difference in terms of the final results. Thus, I believe everyone should add it to their toolkit. If you don’t, you are putting yourself at a sizeable disadvantage

That being said, you don’t want to overdo it on FaceApp. Thus, I recommend staying away from “handsome” level 4+ and overdoing it. Also, if you’re worried girls will call you out…don’t. Girls have been using FaceApp and similar tools for years. They understand you won’t look exactly like your photo. As long as you’re not flat out using someone else’s pics, you will be ok.
